Thanks for bringing that subject to our attention Bill, l was not really observant of Donald Trump the first time to notice his cognitive decline. I just felt it was just him. He was not like us although not everyone is. Some of us are going to get to that stage and the blessing is we are not in control of a multi million population country. It will be interesting to see how President Trump turns out and maybe he will have to step aside and let JD finish his term. Maybe, maybe not. We can only hope and pray that he comes to his senses in time and right a sinking ship. TYIA Sincerely Carl French Hamilton Ontario

This is a sensitive but serious topic, particularly for me because I have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Cognitive decline is something that can occur in anyone to some degree or another a they reach their senior years, whether it’s due to natural causes due to aging or actual deterioration of the brain due to exposure to toxins or an organic disease process, like myself.

Considering the responsibilities and decisions required of the leader of a nation it seems that not enough attention is being paid to all leaders of nations and their ability to lead a country and command a military. Donald Trump’s abilities were questionable in his first presidency. This time around there is no question. He is incompetent. I’m aware of my own shortcomings cognitively but I would put myself against Trump any day of the week.
